Auto deleted unused document
Perhaps only for the ticket's document category, with an optional new option, delete (move in dustbin) unused document (not linked to any ticket anymore)

Or should it be like a garbage collector (from time to time) running within a cron?
If it is done immediately, imagine that you unlink a doc with the idea to link it to another ticket: in the meanwhile it would have disappear...
What is an "unused document"? A document object not linked to anything?
In my case, I use GLPI to store documents such as server manuals and they are not linked to any asset (because the task of linking it to all our assets would be tedious).
