FollowUp Attachment files in the same action

Hello,

As a user, when I attach a document to a text in the followUp menu, I would like the text in the attachment displayed in one single action. (see example below)

Default attachment file in the FollowUp menu :

The same as you, but I also want the attachment to be sent only in the follow-up and not in the ticket
