Support multiple currencies

For instance, under "Financial Information" for assets, we regularly buy from international suppliers in their local currency.

It would be really useful for record the price paid in the original invoice currency.

Also, it would be very useful to be able to select currency on "Budgets" which can be defined in Dropdowns.

When there is a link to Budget, the currency can be shown on the right side of "Asset > Financial and administrative information > Value" and "Contract > Costs > Cost".
When there is no a link to Budget, the currency can be select from the currency dorpdown for both.

This would also be useful to me. I commented on it here.
