Remind the user to answer a satisfaction survey
When the user approves the solution of the ticket, the message appears in the lower field must tell the user "Now click this link and answer the ticket satisfaction survey ."

Yes, notify the user by email before expires your time to response the satisfaction survey will be excelent!
Besides that, after approve the ticket solution, it would be interesting to show for the user a notification (into the system, using a message box, like others notifications existings in the system actually) because he/she would be allowed to answer a survey.
