Add markdown support in tickets

Markdown support enables a better communications among the interested parties for:
- Code snippets
- Images (screenshots)
Also it is faster than the WYSIWYG solution field.
Markdown should be supported in:
- Ticket description
- Ticket solution
- Ticket followups

Note : Need to change Search to have a new displaytype markdown.
I have recently opened a similar request for the "notes" field: https://glpi.userecho.com/en/communities/1/topics/1977-add-markdownwikirich-text-support-in-notes. Maybe all those who have voted for this request, could also vote for mine and vice versa? This would give both wishes more votes :-)
