Projects - add more specific permission configuration for management

I'm using GLPI and the project function for organizing our plan, but everyone who has the project permission can control or modify everything in project.

For more flexible managing, the GLPI provides  more specific permission configuration is a better choice.

It's better let each project have the separate right, and no one can view the project if he/she doesn't belong the project. The update/action right for the project needs separate profile to define it.
