Add notification filters

Hello,

The idea is to be able to add filters on notifications.

Example: to send notifications for ticket update only when priority is greater than 'high'.

Yes,

Another example of a rule can be: send a notification to an assigned group, only when there is no assigned tech.

Hello all,

I believe a simple dedicated interface for notifications would be better, along with the possibility to add rules for more specific situations. For example an interface to select notifications sent only for followups and tasks and not for changes in ticket tab exc. status. and for rules for example only when status is closed or solved.
