Open a ticket automatically with cisco jabber
I know my request is tricky and non standard, but...
Would it be possible to open a ticket automatically with GLPI when we receive an internal call ?

We would like to have the same behavior with Lync...
Automatic ticket opening (could be via a click on a button) when a phone call arrives at service-desk, with pre-filled fields like requester, and so on. And may be an attachement of the voice record (if requested by hotline agent)!
