Don´t use mailqueue when time is set to 0.

Good Morning:

When the ticket is closed the notification mail is sent

When ticket is updated (change urgency, add item, add resolve date) the mail is sent.

The problem is only when tasks and follow ups are created, the they go to mail queue.

All mails go to mail queue even when time is set to 0 in Entity Setup, Administration -> Entity -> Root Entity -> Notification "Delay before sending email notifications"

Version GLPI 0.90.3


My GLPI is installed in Windows Server 2012 R2 with xamp and I have a exchange 2010.

I uncommented this line extension=php_curl.dll in C:\xampp\php\php.info and I added another line, extension=php_openssl.dll.
After that, I created a new Task Schedule with these options:
-f cron.php
Start in:

Now is working.
