Monitoring satisfaction survey.

It would be great if I could monitor the responses of satisfaction surveys. For example, if a user score a ticket with less than three stars, an business rules for tickets could send an email to specific people (a quality sector, for example) so they could talk for this user..

Hello,

Something is already existing: 'Satisfaction survey answer': this will send satisfaction survey result to 'recipients' defined as usual (groups, manager of groups, and so on...).

But this will send the notification when results is OK or NOK.

What is really missing is: to be able to send notification only when 'Satisfaction survey answer' is Negative (to be defined what is Negative) and/or when it is 'Positive' (to be defined what is Positive usually 'not negative').

And the concerned tech for these notifications should be defined by one or several groups.


The idea of theses notifications is to be able to send to manager of the targeted groups a notification as soon as any of the techs belonging to the groups are involved (=assigned as tech) in a ticket with bad evaluation.

Not yet public as it has been under production on our server last week,

I'll provide a public plugin, when ready to publish it.

Public plugin new release is under test.

Provides positive or negative survey notifications with configuration to set "bad threshold" and "good threshold" to determine when to send notifications.

Wait for some days and I'll publish it on github.

Hi Tomolimo, i'm trying to send the notification but does not reach. Following your instructions i've configured "Can be notified" and "Users" to yes in the group and have assigned "Manager of the group in charge of the ticket" to recipients in the notification. What am I doing wrong?


And, the notification is sended when the user click the save button of the satisfaction survey?

Thanks for your suggestion.

Since 9.2 version, GLPI have an alert engine to trigger notifications when a threshold is exceeded on saved searches.

This native system can be used to meet the needs while waiting for a contribution to integrate the proposed plugin in the core for more maintainability.
