SMS Alert to users
Looking to have SMS server configuration, so user can get sms alert once request or incident is register

GLPI 9.2 will permit to send notifications not only to email. So, it would be theoretically possible to send notifications using SMS.
The problem is it would rely on existing gateway; and there seems to have lot of them... And they're not compatible. It is, I think, the major issue to resolve for such a development.
when GLPI 9.2 is coming and any pulgin is there for now ?

There is no plugin at the moment, only a begin of POC (https://github.com/teclib/sms). This is documented anyways: http://glpi-developer-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/master/plugins/notifications.html
