integrate images more easily into the FAQ.

propose to send the image directly, rather than to give a source.

already possible with drag and drop in 9.2.1 you can see here my test http://demo.glpi-project.org/front/knowbaseitem.form.php?id=2633

As of 9.2.x you can either use the old way, you can drag and drop, or copy/paste.
