Allow viewing and modification of filter criteria, list of columns, and sort criteria in saved searches

The saved search feature has been enhanced a lot lately.  There is one aspect lacking.

When modifying saved search, it is currently only possible to modify the saved search metadata, such as the title, public/private, etc.  When we want to change a saved search, we actually need to recreate a new one, delete the old one, and then change all references to the saved search shortcut in our process document.

It should be possible to view and modify filter criteria, the list of columns that are displayed, and the sort criteria.
