customized fields on ticket or asset form

Is it possible to add custom field in ticket or asset form. Each field the admin choose to add can be defined with this item
- type : date, text, integer...
- open (to be free to write text) or closed to a defined list of items
- mandatory or not
A customized field should be searchable in the research engine.
