Remember to click at the "Save" button at the bottom of the ticket you're editing instead of the "Save" button at the right bottom of the page, otherwise it will refresh the page without changing the ticket title. Maybe the GLPI could shows a warning before letting the user save through the "Save" button at the right bottom of the page when there's an answer being edited instead of saving would be enough to avoid this type of confusion.

The same could happen when enabling a plug-in.
