It could be greate this option. Lots of validation share the same text for us. Is very simliar to "Solution ticket".
Another capability related to this one could be the possibility to define technic group templates. Now all users see all templates. We are a big organization and have more than 20 technican groups and 80-100 technics. If the templates could be linked to a group it will be esear to select the corect one.
