It would be good to have the ability to enable or not the chain.
This would prevent from disturbing the second approver if the first one refuses the change / ticket

The status should be able to be changed also at change/ticket creation setting it to Approval ?

It could be effectively useful to have this ability to change it at a template level to be able to have different cases according to it
