Block double entries

When you generate a Ticket by the API from another application the ticket it's generate 2, 3 even 4 times of the same event. Enable the posibility of the detect double, triple or more duplicated entries.

You mean that an application could create several time the same ticket ?

How would you see such a double detection feature ?
