Hierarchical responsible & automatic watcher
Hello,
What do you think about the idea to add the hierarchical responsible (a glpi user) for users and automatically add it as watcher when creating ticket ?

For me it should be managed by groups or by entities where managers are missing.
You have already the possibility to do that with groups. A Supervisor can be declared in a group and you can make a rule that put the supervisor as Watcher.
