Helpdesk: Paste and copy screenshot from clipboard

If a user who create or modify a ticket, should have the possibility to add a screenshot with paste and copy from the clipboard.
You should enable "rich content for ticket' in Configuration > General, Helpdesk tab to see that already existing feature :)
Ah great, thanks for the Hint. But now If I paste my screenshot into my Browser, I see the picture a second and then it say "element not found". Any Hints?
This should also be possible in Followups and/or Tasks and not only in Ticket descriptions!
