automatic assigne ticket GLPI version 9.1.4
I cant find the option in GLPI 9.1.4 to assign automatic a ticket to a tecnichian according the category.

You should use http://forum.glpi-project.org/ for support.
Solution for you: category needs the setting technician group or technician. You have to activate this feature in entity settings. best regards armin
