Visualization / CSV Export of tickets list :

Add preferences to choose the display mode (and export) statistics on the ticket list: by default it is day, hour, minute - not very usable in case of spreadsheet calculation. therefore have the choice between standard and display in minutes:

Exemple : Html::timestampToString($data["takeintoaccount_delay_stat"]) ou Html::formatNumber($data["takeintoaccount_delay_stat"] / 3600, false, 5)

I'm wondering if is possible a field to select the Priority our SLA when you create a category.

I think this options will optimize time to create rules to apply SLA.

Documents in Knowledge base, auto change child entities

The watcher is not mandatory so it would be more clear if we can collapse the area by default and add a + to display the field if we need.

Bulk user photos import

I work for a educational provider. We need a way of importing all our users photos (500 students). Importing them 1 at a time would be highly time consuming. Using photos from active directory are to low resolution. Our photos are currently in a folder named username.jpg. Surly I can't be the only person that needs bulk photo imports?

virtual machines

Virtual machines are recorded in the computer as an application, but the virtual machine is the same computer, there is no difference. We at Given their computers as a type of "virtual".


Suggestion: Think of how to reorganize communication computer and its virtual machines.

actually 0.91 phpmailer is 5.2.8 and the last version with php7 compatibility is 5.2.14.

I would love something like this on either the login page or directly after login so users can see any services/applications that may be currently down thus reducing helpdesk tickets
