Hi, there is no way to search in the whole historical.
Example: If I looking for the old PC, from a former user, I can't find it by a simple search.

When customizing GLPI HTML notification templates, we sometimes make errors : there is a log of the modifications history that is readable, but it is not possible to revert the previous template.
Everytime I have to reset totally the template
project link in assets
In project in can add elements like assets or softwares to link them at the project.
But when i look at assets or softwares informations i cannot have the information of which project is linked to this asset or software
Ability to add new status names and select the same existing resource.

Add new status: closed without solution
Resource: closed

Hi,
it would be great to have a rich text editor in task templates.

Commenter la mise en attente d'un ticket
La mise en attente d'un ticket est souvent une solution pour sortir un ticket de la SLA (SLA trop vite au premier degré ...).
Il faudrait pouvoir rendre obligatoire (ou pas) l'ajout automatique d'un suivi (pop-up lors du choix de mise en attente ?) pour que le tech' indique pourquoi le ticket est en attente (commande en cours, attente retour utilisateur, ticket ouvert chez editeur/prestataire, etc...).
Et/ou une liste déroulante supplémentaire (obligatoire ?) avec des infos type de mise en attente
Ability to create ticket from change
It will be great to create tickets from a change. We have many changes that we need to dispatch to multiples techs to accomplish it.
