Release Tabs

Need : List of changes by release


- Create a tab release

- Create release (creation date / release date / status )

- Possibility to add changes on the release

- Have a view with release / changes / tickets linked to each change

- Group changes into a release.

- Export list of tickets by change to pdf or xls


This new feature would be consistent to ITIL V3 integration.

Add Drag and Drop for the options

Enable the option Drag and Drop for Entities, Sub entities, Multiple entities, Groups, Proyects, etc.

Extend list of PortType

Please alow users to extend list of PortTypeName, actually only 3 values (Twisted pair/Multimode fiber/Single mode fiber). I suggest put list into new database table (similar of NetworkEquipmentType).

Change color approval

Please could you change the color of approval, this green is very awful and not very visible.

Get the PC name in a ticket

Is it possible get or associate the PC that send the ticket to the ticket?
