It could be useful to add more boolean operators to the rules engine that give the possibility to make equation. ()+.! and so on...

By example, in Assets, we have long caption like : "Financial & Administrative Information - Date of Purchase". That will be fine to set a short customized text instead.

When I am editing a followup or task, if I close the window while editing, the window closes and my content added is lost.

I wish I had a popup "Unsaved content : do you really want to close the window ?"

I would like to be able to add the authors name in the object of my notification mails.

It seems that conditions are not interpreted if you put them in the object field :

Would it be possible to allow the addition of tables in task templates? Or change the type and put an HTML format in the task templates?

ex :

tech1 tech2 font partie du groupe techniciens. la tâches est affectée au groupe techniciens. un rappel est configuré pour la tâches => tech1 et tech2 reçoivent cette notification.

I am currently implementing GLPI in my company, and my boss asked me if it was possible to sign with S/MIME the notifications sent by GLPI to the customers, to make sure they come from us.

I saw that GLPI was using PHPMailer : https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer

and I also saw it supported it.

But I can't seen anywhere in GLPI how to add my signature certificate.

I have some retired Computer, Date of retirement is inserted at the asset.
If I select Software -> Adobe Flash (for example) and -> installed from the left list
==> The retired Computer are shown. But there should only Computer without "Date of Retirement."

My Version of GLPI is GLPI 9.2.4.

I would like to create a solution template of predefined fields so that when the engineers fill out the solution field, it uses once of the solution templates that have been created.
