Integrate Instant Messaging Server (Openfire - Spark)

Ricardo Alexander Perez Ricard il y a 7 ans mis à jour par glpi il y a 3 ans 5

Integrate GLPI with Openfire Instant Messaging Server and Spark client, both are Open Source projects:

Openfire is a real time collaboration (RTC) server licensed under the Open Source Apache License. It uses the only widely adopted open protocol for instant messaging, XMPP (also called Jabber). Openfire is incredibly easy to setup and administer, but offers rock-solid security and performance.

Spark is a Cross-platform real-time collaboration client optimized for business and organizations.

Option to assign entities to groups or add field 'location' to entities and search tickets by this criteria

balucha il y a 6 ans mis à jour par dzabaljauregui il y a 4 ans 1

Add option to assign entities to groups(regions, routes or something) or add field 'location' to entities to sort ticket for easily plan route for car (technician).

We have many customers (200, one customer-one entity) and always 100+ opened tickets.

Searching and planing tickets from one region(route) is hard. There is no easy way to select ticket from one region(location) to plan best way for car/technician.

The plugin Mail Analyzer should be included into the core of GLPI, because should be a normal behavior configuration.

Integrate Network Architecture plugin (Archires)

Óscar Beiro - TICgal il y a 8 ans mis à jour par glpi il y a 4 ans 2
Having a graphic network map is something I deeply miss. Archires plugin hasn't been upgraded to 0.85 and it would be great to have it integrated into GLPI core.

Targets for tasks/solution templates

Arthur Schaefer il y a 6 ans mis à jour par Eduardo Spinola il y a 2 ans 4

The ability to choose who can use each solution and tasks templates.

In the knowledge base we have the ability to choose the targets which can see some items. We could put that function also on the Solution and Tasks templates. What do you think?

Round Robin ticket auto assignment

The Tech il y a 7 ans mis à jour par blippercop il y a 1 an 2
The idea is to avoid the need of a manager assigning tickets to techs. In small shops, where there are a few techs doing the same job, and maybe a manager which it would be great to have tickets automatically distributed as they are created, among techs in a group.

Had to be added as a business rule for tickets action, where you could select the group where tickets with no tech assigned would be distributed.

Of course, it would be great to have a Load Balance auto-assignment system. It would be harder to code, though.
