Store the user who solved a ticket and display it

Ideally if some additional info could be available within ticket:
- initial category (after categorization/initial diagnosis) and category which was used when ticket was closed (this can help identify if all tickets are properly categorized).

And when a Ticket is solved several time (due to a not approved solution), then record the first solver or last solver (this should be a global setting).

there are several requests about solutions; ( keep old solutions when reopened, who, when...)


may be solution could be stored like tickettasks in a separate call/table so we can store for each solution who, when, solution description and keep solution history....
