Permissions in documents by entity or group
Disable viewing of documents by everyone. Put the option of viewing a document only by a specific entity, group or user. Management -> Documents
Promoted ticket status icon
Hi,
Feature suggestion : A promoted ticket is often something you wait for completion until you can carry on with the initial ticket so it would be great to know its status with an icon.
(Bug report in the same field: Please note that if you remove the link between the promoted ticket and the initial ticket then the red marker stays there with the link anyway.

new features for assets and search bar
It would be great to have a retired/decommissioned section in assets so it would make it easier to track old equipment that are no longer in use. It would also be great to have a virtual section for keeping tabs on virtual ip's and hostnames. In the all search bar, it would be nice to be able to search all assets instead of a select few.
tickets list view : sum of tasks duration

For a more compact view of tickets in the list, it will be good to do the sum of tasks duration.

Improve rules engine
It could be useful to add more boolean operators to the rules engine that give the possibility to make equation. ()+.! and so on...
Ability to customize header column
By example, in Assets, we have long caption like : "Financial & Administrative Information - Date of Purchase". That will be fine to set a short customized text instead.

Display a warning when closing an unsaved followup or task
When I am editing a followup or task, if I close the window while editing, the window closes and my content added is lost.
I wish I had a popup "Unsaved content : do you really want to close the window ?"
Conditions in notification object

It seems that conditions are not interpreted if you put them in the object field :

Bien souvent dans le traitement d'un ticket, un suivi (commentaire/question) à destination du demandeur n'est suivi d'aucun effet. Le demandeur ne répondant pas, on peut penser que le suivi répond à la demande/incident initiale et que la solution EST le suivi.
Serait-il possible de rajouter une option sur le suivi afin de transformer le suivi en solution, afin d'éviter le doublon de commentaire (ou le copier-supprimer du suivi puis ajout de solution) ?

Adding tables in task templates
Would it be possible to allow the addition of tables in task templates? Or change the type and put an HTML format in the task templates?
