A knowledge base in web 2.0 would be nice with an enhanced homepage (summary). Also an ability to add a tags cloud or something like this (with tags in each creation in the KB)
Not only by service but it would be nice to have for each technician his own signature
I agree. I'm an IT and I would like to have templates for followup answers (i.e. : I used to create accounts for users so it would be a useful functionality).
