add linked tickets in problems /changes
Within the interface there is no "Linked Tickets" field. This is nearly a
must as some change/problems have dependencies and there is no way to
track them.
Adding multiple Task Templates at the same time
We have multiple task templates that we define for specific customer requestes (e.g. onboarding, hardware-request etc.).
We organize those tasks in categories, and each of those categories contains multiple task templates.
However, when we want to add those templates to a ticket, we have to do it one by one. It would be nice to be able to add a whole group of tasks at the same time.
Project tasks with linked tickets - Automatically calculating
Hello everyone,
Project Task contains tickets and changes. It would be great if the Project Task was is set to automatic calculation and it would also calculate percent done by open/closed requests and changes.
So if Project Task contains 20 tickets and all of the tickets are closed - the Project Task is 100% done, but still open
Multiple mail servers
Hello,
I work in a company that uses a purely internal Exchange mail server (no link to the Internet), which is only used for exchanges between employees.
It is configured in GLPI to send notifications by e-mail and this works well.
However, I think it would be great if we could also set up a second mail server (smtp) in GLPI for sending to external mails, so that notifications could also be sent to employee mail addresses outside the company.
This is something I've managed to do with our Exchange server by creating a mail connector specifically dedicated to sending notifications for GLPI. Except that :
- It's absolutely impractical
- It's not reliable (rejection is highly possible once the mail has arrived on the recipient server (hello Google))
- It would be 200 times simpler if GLPI allowed you to specify more than one mail server.
I don't think I'm alone in this, as quite a few system administrators have a hybrid mail system.
Add new datas for GLPIInventory ( 'list of admins' , 'external_ip' , ... )
I will add new datas, during the Inventory task scheduled by GLPIAgent,
* list_admins: the list of local admins (in a Windows environment)
Why ? identify, in a parc, the rogue admins
* external_ip: the external ip of the host
Why ? identify if its location , Is it in telework or on a specific site
SIM cards - add association to Tickets and Problems
Hi,
in the editation window of record of certain SIM card, it would be nice to have tabs for association to Problems and Tickets, such as is possible in record of Computer or Monitor.
Management - Lines - Associated items
Hi,
in the editation window of the record of some Line (in Management - Lines), there should be another tab, something like "Associated items" (as it already is e.q. for Documents). There should be e.q. visible the SIM card that is associated with the Line, and perhaps also Mobile phone if such association was possible.
Inventory - SIM cards - make the Line number active (clickable)
Hi,
it would be very useful to make Line clickable in the main list of Inventory - SIM Cards.
Rationale: So far, it is possible in SIM card context to attach some Line (telephone number).
Then, when we later search for some SIM card by its number (Inventory - SIM cards), one of the columns is the Line. This is very useful, but we need to make one step further - to identify information about that Line.
Thus, the numbers in the Line column should be clickable and lead to the very record about the Line.
Criterion "Public Contact Address"
Hello everybody,
I want to use the location rules but I cannot use the "Public contact address" field as a criterion.
Given that this is the most reliable address (problem between the IP addresses of different network cards and docking stations), would it be possible to add this functionality to the product please?
