Also there is a plugin for telegram.

Tried to do it with GenericObjects... But also Positions plugin didn't support it. So maybe devices/networkdevices should be still the best :(

You can assign one picture in the cartography plugin. But wouldn't be displayed on the asset list, just in the map.

Also afaik V 9.3 support front and back pictures for Rack Mounted devices (not sure about this).
