Yes, but what would be nice is to harmonize editors among GLPi: Ticket, Problem, Change, Knowledge base, and so on. For Ticket and KB, we may use HTML, but not for Problem, and not for Change

You don't need another field, just use the standard mechanism of sub-categories:

Ticket categories can be used with any levels you need:

Infra > CPU

Infra > Memory

Infra > Storage

...

This is the way we are using Ticket categories.
