Add documents already known in the GLPI database to ticket follow-ups/tasks/resolutions
Currently, when editing a ticket (or a 'problem' or a 'change') and you want to attach a document, it is only possible to upload NEW documents. It should really be possible to search for an existing document, already known in GLPI database, to attach it to our ticket.
Custom ticket number formats
Currently in GPLI all assistance types have a numerical sequential number.
Example:
Ticket: 1
Change: 1
Problem: 1
Task: 1
The problem here is that different assistance items can have an identical number. Quick differentiation is hard. Most ITSM tools allow for customization of these numbers per ITIL type:
Example:
INC0000001 >> or even better INC-1024-0001 (INC for Incident, mmYY for the date of creation - 0001 sequential numerical number.
PRB000001 or even better PRB10-24-0001
CHG000001 or PRB10-24-0001
INC000001-TSK01 < for task related to the above mentioned incident.
It would be brilliant if this could be implemented in the core product. It doesnt even have to replace the tables primary key. It could simply be an extra field in the table.
Plugin TAG : Criteria in business rules

It would be useful in the business rules tickets, to be able to search on a criterion of type TAG name, in order to play rules on these tickets. Today, it's possible to add tag based on various criterion, but not match rules on tag name

Toggle private followup visibility
Hello,
Is it possible to have a toggle button to control private followup/tasks/etc visibility ?
Sometimes we are on meetings with the customer sharing our screen and all the private comments will be visible.
It would be great if we had way to control if we want the private communication to be visible or hidden.
Maybe a toggle button on the top right menu, similar to how we activate the debug mode, or even just an additional option on the existing ticket filters where you can already toggle on and off the Description, Followups, Tasks, etc
The second option is not as good since we would have to make sure the filter is active before we share our screen with the customer, maybe on a second monitor, or stop the screen sharing completely to check the filter and then start sharing the screen again.
[PLUGIN - DATAINJECTION] Feature Request: Enhanced Bulk CSV Import Error Handling

Unless I’m mistaken, I haven’t noticed this feature.
USE CASE 1:
I would like that during a bulk .csv import, if there is a data entry error in a column corresponding to a multiple field in GLPI, the affected row should not be added. At the end of the import process, I would like to be informed of the rows that encountered errors and were not imported into GLPI. Additionally, the valid rows should be successfully imported, as no anomalies were found.
USE CASE 2:
In the event that USE CASE 1 is not feasible, I propose that if an error occurs during the import, the entire file should be rejected and no data should be added to GLPI. A message should then indicate that an error has been detected in the file.

Add more search option in the cable asset section

Could you please add a search option for the locations of socket_endpoint_a
and socket_endpoint_b
, since the socket location is visible when a cable is selected?
Also, if it’s possible, it would be helpful to see the asset connected to the network port linked to the relevant socket.

Installation plugin dporegister
Bonjour à toutes et tous,
J'ai un souci que certains d'entre vous ont certainement déjà rencontré ; je souhaite installer le plugin "dporegister" dans mon GLPI. Seulement le plugin n'a pas été mis à jour depuis un moment et ma version de GLPI (version de diouxx : 10.0.10) ne permet pas l'installation du plugin.
J'ai essayé de déboguer l'install. Ca "fonctionne" dans le sens où GLPI me dit bien que le plugin est installé et activé mais bien évidemment, je n'ai rien dans la partie gestion, ni outils, ni administration. Logique selon moi puisque le plugin n'est pas adapté,...
L'un d'entre vous aurait-il trouvé le moyen d'installer ce super plugin qui me permettrait de gérer mes traitements directement dans GLPI ?
