Seperate field first follow-up and frequency for on hold ticket

When automatically putting a ticket on hold, it would be necessary to have the possibility of having a calendar-type field to choose the date of the first follow-up, then choose the follow-up frequency in another separate field.

User not receiving feedback when fields are not saved

When adding Start date of warranty to a new device and pressing save, the date is not not saved, if the Delivery date field is empty. The user does not receive any feedback, what caused the date to not be saved, so the issue appears as a bug. Even if some data is not saved, the user should receive feedback.

Please include feedback if errors occur, for example, when the start date of warranty not being saved, because the delivery date was not entered beforehand. The feedback could be a standard GLPI pop-up, or fields missing, highlighted in a different colour.

  • Home -> Assets -> Devices -> Add
  • Management -> Asset lifecycle -> Delivery date
  • Management - > Warranty information -> Start date of warranty

Cloud Infentory Plugin - Missing API Version Parameter for Azure

Sorry, for posting here. But i did not find the git repo for reporting the bug directly to the developers.

Failed to get data for Azure virtual machine instance Array([error] => Array([code] => MissingApiVersionParameter[message] => The api-version query parameter (?api-version=) is required for all requests.))


I do not find any way to specify the api-version in the configuration for cloud inventory.


FYI We are a GLPI cloud customer.

easiser way to report bugs for plugins (ai agent + usercho api)

it woud be great, if this userecho page was directly integrate into GLPI. 

We are a GLPI cloud customer and found a bug in the cloud inventory plugin. 

But there was no working link in the marketplace or on the glpi plugins website or a hint to a git repo, where the bug could directly be reported.

Maybe you could implement an AI assistant with the userecho API to help define issues for this board. 

Or make the documentation or usercho directly searchable from within GLPI.

GLPI Agent HTTP 403 Error: "Access denied (invalid request (untrusted address))" when requesting /now endpoint

I am encountering an issue with the GLPI Agent when it tries to query the /now endpoint on a client machine.

In the PHP error log (/var/www/html/glpi/files/_log/php-errors.log), I see the following critical error:

This indicates that the GLPI server receives a 403 Forbidden response with the message "Access denied (invalid request (untrusted address))" when trying to access the /now endpoint on the client.

I have verified the GLPI-Agent configuration on the client, specifically the httpd-trust setting, which includes the GLPI server IP and the client IP. However, the request is still rejected.

I suspect this might be related to IP trust configuration or authentication tokens required by the agent’s embedded HTTP server.

Has anyone experienced this issue or can provide guidance on how to correctly configure the GLPI Agent to accept requests from the GLPI server on the /now endpoint?

add quick button "Resolve ticket" on bar under Tickets section

Hi community.

Under Assistance -> Tickets, is it possible to add button "Resolve selected tickets" which show dialog. It is same as clicks:

(select at least one ticket by checkbox) Actions -> click dropdown actions -> mouse whell roll down -> select "Resolve selected tickets"

It is too many clicks which repeats with every ticket(s).

It will be nice to have "quick" button on bar (show as map, show the trashbin, ...).

Rule for import Equipment, link with inventory number

Could you add the inventory number in the rules ? A Workstation has a unique inventory number but can have a different name and i can not make a rule to link with inventory number. We have to create some Computers based on an inventory number, but we can have the name in advance. When the computer is deployed, the GLPI agent will push the name and the link will be made with the inventory number. Thanks
