vulnerability (CVE) list in computers and virtual machines

Hi GLPI devels
I think it will be nice to have in GLPI database an active lsit of vulnerabilities (CVEs)  for computers and virtual machines.
GLPI agent or Fusion agent could use debsecan or other system tools to detect vulnerabilities and raport them to GLPI Database.
Searching or making raports from computer assets for active (fixable) CVEs would be very nice

Bonjour,

Je pense que ce serait bien si les personnes peuvent laisser un avis sur les plugins. Cela permet de connaitre les retours des personnes qui l'ont déjà utilisés. Avantages: Inconvénients d'un plugin.

New actions Business rules for tickets

Change the size of an image in email

Is it possible to create a setting to control image sizes?

For now, max image size is 400x300, but it would be great if this size could be customized.

For example, in our organization, all departments except IT do not use the GLPI web interface, and all communication takes place by mail, when someone writes and attaches an image to us, it is so compressed that it is impossible to parse the image, and when we answer the employee and attach the image, the employee can not see the text in the picture.

DISPLAY CHANGE / PROBLEM TICKET ON HOME

Hello,
When I create a new change / problem ticket and assign it to me, there is not not visible on my home page.

Home page : http://localhost:8080/GLPI/front/central.php

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Assistance'
  2. Click on 'Changes'
  3. Click on '+' sign
  4. Fill all the followings and assign it to you
  5. Click on 'Add'
  6. Go to 'Home'. The new change ticket is not visible.

Logs
There is no error in log files.

Asset Depreciation

I have not seen any tickets related to depreciation support. I really enjoy working with GLPI, but one of features that I think would be very useful is the incorporation of depreciation. Many ITSM projects incorporate some sort of straight line depreciation reporting. It looks like this was brought up in 2010 https://forum.glpi-project.org/viewtopic.php?id=21692

This would be a great feature in the Management field with either "Depreciation Rate" or set the rate based on asset type like "Computers - 5 year depreciation"

It would be nice to then pull reports on current assets values. Let me know if I'm missing some configuration, but based on my testing there is only currently Amortization support.

Add the 'Location' field in changes

Hello,

Today, it is not possible to define a location for a change

Therefore, it is not possible to list all changes for a location. Consequently, we go 2, 3 times to a single place or the users are surprised to see us coming to replace a PC tower without bringing a screen or whatever they are waiting for...

So, I recommend adding the field 'Location' in the changes. It seems to be logical and profitable for the majority

Satisfaction Resolution Level

In the path... 

Administration -> Entities -> Root entity (or other) -> Assistance (Tab)

To add other option or setting in the section Configuring the satisfaction survey, something like Satistaction Resolution Level, where the user can choose a "Default" qualification.. into the Telegram GLPI Group (Spanish) https://t.me/glpisp, the user @SlayerBat, was seek about the file where is located this option.. and is into ticketsatisfaction.class.php line 122

But, in the end the main idea is something like that:

Ticket validation - Respond via e-mail

I think it might be convenient to validate a request directly in the email using an accept / reject button. Some validators are not very comfortable with the GLPI interface for the validation part.

Time format not configurable, only 24-hours

Not able to change time format, for example to 12 hours AP/PM.

GLPI support a lot of languages, but it isn't very flexible in setup language formats, for example change 12/24 hours format.



It would be fine to have a option to change time format at least 12/24 hours. Better would be add option to also use custom time format for displayed time.


For example Wordpress use 4 option and one custom:
