Like "Automatically generated by ARaymond Network ITSM tool" with a link to the tool.
The same way it is done for the welcome message on the login page.

This is already existing: notion of 'duplicated' tickets: if one is closed, then the others are closed with same solution

It could lead to time consuming queries. The solution could be to have a list of items with checkboxes (Tickets, Computers, Users, ...) in which to do the search (and to remember the choice for next time).
