Select only specific categories for dashboard graphics

With GLPI9.5, we now have a native Dashboard. However, it would be a great improvement if we could select only a few specific categories instead of the whole lot. Thus, we could plot graphics dedicated for each employee / each group of people using GLPI to manage the assistance they give, without having stats for all the tickets created within GLPI.

FollowUp Attachment files in the same action

As a user, when I attach a document to a text in the followUp menu, I would like the text in the attachment displayed in one single action. (see example below)

Show device encryption status in computers tab

The XML inventory file uploaded via the Fusioninventory-Plugin provides information about the device´s encryption status. Sadly this status does not show up anywhere in GLPi. It would be great if there was an "Encryption" field showing YES/NO.

Promoted ticket status icon

Hi,

Feature suggestion : A promoted ticket is often something you wait for completion until you can carry on with the initial ticket so it would be great to know its status with an icon.

(Bug report in the same field: Please note that if you remove the link between the promoted ticket and the initial ticket then the red marker stays there with the link anyway.

(bug reported here))

mailgate should be able to add followups to Changes and to Problems, and not only to Tickets

Hello,

Currently if mailgate receives an email as an answer from a Change notification, it will create a new ticket, instead of add a new followup to the initiating change. Or it may also add a followup to a ticket which # (id) matches with the [GLPI #xxxxxxx] found in the email subject...

Same issue for Problems.
