I like to have a function for clean up the custem entered values (like location, Group) if the value is´t used anymore.

Example: All Devices moved to a "new" Business location. Old one isn´t used by any device. Now in the Dropdown the "old" location is still availiable. Of course - it´s possible to delete manual. But - there are so much fields that an automatic cleanup would be nice.

In the company we use the synology NAS and the GLPI application is very helpful, it is downloaded as a package in the synology NAS store and it works correctly, that's why we install plugins for its improvement, when checking there are new plugins that can be use in newer versions than we have, we currently have version 9.2.2 therefore we would like to have the latest updates and improvements for our NAS of the GLPI application.

If you can do it, we would be very grateful, since we love the tool.

We can hide some groups from projects, but not in the tasks or other objects where they appear. I would be great if we could manage their visibility for any place they are required...

Add in software inventory, fields with the architecture of a given program (x86, x64, arm, etc.) - IMHO best place for this is in version table.
This causes that the same program in various architectures appears in the inventory several times instead of in the form of one entry. It can not be changed with the use of dictionary rules because we will lose information about the architecture in which the program is compiled.

I would like to request a feature to limit/restrict the users shown in the Users drop-down to a specific Profile, much like there is a Profile restriction for "Technician in charge of the hardware"

Yes, I understand that we can setup at: Setup > Authentication > Mail servers 

But I believe that these is a friendly, easy, and secure way to authenticate.
