Business rule for antivirus

I came across this topic to suggest a resource, since I realized that Microsoft virtual machines that have "Windows Server" do not allow automatically collecting the Antivirus resource and automatically adding it to the computer tab, as I described in a issues here on github

The suggestion is quite simple, allow having a business rule for antiviruses where it would allow that, according to some software inventoried on the computer or linked manually, it could indicate that that software is an antivirus, and if so, the rule would place it in this tab. "Antivirus" on the computer, solving any situation that it is not possible to get some antivirus automatically.

1/3 size in rack
it is currently possible to define that two elements are on the same unit of a rack. However, what about when I have three elements? Indeed, we have a mobile rack which is equipped with video equipment which has 3 elements per unit of height.
Would it be possible to add this additional option?

Permission to update "Sub-entities"
Give a user/profile the rights to change "Sub-entities" to "Yes" or "No", even if the user doesn't have recursive permission.

Maintenance Mode Scheduling
The maintenance mode would be much more useful if it could be scheduled, showing a message to all users after login letting them know about the maintenance's date, time and (expected) duration, as well as a customizable message.

MS Teams call buton in card
When we hover a requester in ticket, a card appears.
The idea is to add a link/buton that will call the requester in MS Teams.
Maybe by adding a specific field in user profil that will be sync with Active Directory.

Tinymce with Table of Content plugin in knowledge base
Would be very useful to have a Table of Content in each knowledge base article.
The TOC TinyMCE plugin turn each heading in a summary topic.

Focus on form when addind a followup
When you click the icon to add a followup, the form is displayed but it does not have the focus
you need to click it to start writing ...
would be nice to set focus on the form

User password change to require old password
When user attempts to change his password he is not being required to type his old password.
This is serious security issue.
Password reset from should require old one.

Technician group assigment Round Robin
- assign the ticket to a member of a group (all technician member receive a notification and many time 2 techician work on a ticket that is working on by an other one already)
- A mechanism that if the ticket is not processed by a tecnician in x minutes or hours, it is re-assigned to the group (or a next tecnician).

Warn user about unsaved changes when leaving the ticket creation page
When leaving a page, for example the ticket creation page, users should be warned about unsaved changes.
Current behaviour: While writing a ticket, a user decides to "show all locations", "show all categories", or anything else that takes him to another page. The user is not notified about unsaved changes, and once they return, the form is blank again.
Expected Behaviour: When the Ticket form is not empty, GLPI should ask if the user wishes to continue and lose any unsubmitted details.
