As a suggestion you have an option to automate the GLPI backup by automatic actions.

When you have the same note to add to multiple computers in computers' list, you have to do it one by one and by entering to computer's note field
It would be great to have the ability to mass add notes when selecting multiple computers and click on Actions -> Modify -> Notes field

Manage CIA informations for an asset
Managing the security of an infrastructure requires to define a triad, called CIA :
- Confidentiality
- Integrity
- Availability
Critity is already included in GLPI 9.2 and is the result of a matrix mixing these 3 elements.
What needs to be done would be to add the 3 fields. Of course these fields needs to be available for business rules for tickets.
