I am currently implementing GLPI in my company, and my boss asked me if it was possible to sign with S/MIME the notifications sent by GLPI to the customers, to make sure they come from us.

I saw that GLPI was using PHPMailer : https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer

and I also saw it supported it.

But I can't seen anywhere in GLPI how to add my signature certificate.

I have some retired Computer, Date of retirement is inserted at the asset.
If I select Software -> Adobe Flash (for example) and -> installed from the left list
==> The retired Computer are shown. But there should only Computer without "Date of Retirement."

My Version of GLPI is GLPI 9.2.4.

Hello, when adding a follow-up on a ticket, the user is notified by email. The mail contains the url (tag ## ticket.url ##) of the ticket so that the user can go to consult the follow-up. However it arrives on the initial tab of the ticket ("Ticket" tab), and not directly on the "Ticket Processing" tab. Is it possible to position the user directly on the tab "ticket processing" so that he can see the follow-up directly? Thank you.

lors de l'ajout d'un suivit sur un ticket, le demandeur est notifié par mail. Le mail contient l'url (balise ##ticket.url##) du ticket pour que l'utilisateur puisse aller consulter le suivi.
Cependant il arrive sur l'onglet initial du ticket (onglet "Ticket") , et pas directement sur l'onglet "Traitement du ticket".

Est il possible de positionner l'utilisateur directement sur l'onglet "Traitement du ticket" pour qu'il puissent voir directement le suivi?

I have a bunch list of account from our internet service providers nationwide from different Telco. As part of monitoring and maintaining 100% up and running very important also to associate this for a ticket for reporting issues and request. 

It would be great help in managing escalation process for downtime/restoration logs. 

Would be nice to be able to configure entities so that on the list views, items / tickets belonging to different entities have different colors.

Maybe using the same mechanism that you use for priorities.

Bien souvent les contrat avec les éditeurs ou prestataires de maintenance ont une reconduction tacite avec un certain nombre de reconduction.

exple : un contrat avec une période de 1 an puis 3 reconduction tacite de 1 an (avec préavis de 3 mois).

Il faudrait donc pouvoir spécifier le nombre de reconductions possibles et/ou une date de fin de contrat.

• On peut spécifier dans un contrat à quel élément de glpi il est rattaché. On ne peut pas rattacher un contrat à un élément, mais uniquement un élément à un contrat. Pouvoir rattacher un contrat sur la fiche de l'élément serait un plus !
• De même, il serait bien de pouvoir aussi spécifier sur quels types d'éléments le contrat porte (liste des typologie d'éléments à choix multiples : ordinateurs, téléphones, imprimantes, logiciels, licences, etc ...).
  Quel intérêt de spécifier tous les imprimantes une à une alors que le contrat porte sur toutes les imprimantes de mon parc ?
  Le détail est inutile, long et contraignant tant que le premier point n'existe pas.
