If not, please describe it
When creating ticket, add item without the need to push the "Add" button
Original GitHub issue:
https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/17909
- Press "Create a ticket"
- Go to "items" section
- Choose an item
- Notice that if you don't press "add" right below the items, but use the "+Add" button at the bottom of the page, ticket gets created without the asset assigned to the ticket
It would be great if item would be added to ticket without the need to push the "Add" button.
Add variables Ticket template
Please add variables to the ticket template. Such as the time and date in the title and description field
Absent mention functionality in simplified form on the field named "Description"
This was reported at https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/16604 and was directed to this page, but I cannot find such topic here, hence creating this topic.
auto-create ticket when contract expire
Add more possiblity to manage contratcs :
- add users/groups in charge of contratcs
- send notifications to the groups/users in charge
- auto-create tickets when contratcs expired, Ticket assigned to groups/users in charge
I suggest you update "suggest.glpi-project.org" certificate
The FAQ on https://glpi-project.org/faq/ refers to "suggest.glpi-project.org" which leads to the following certification warning before redirecting to glpi.userecho.com:
"This server could not prove that it is suggest.glpi-project.org; its security certificate expired 67 days ago."
Add reverse link to clusters
Now in clusters you can define the items (PC or networks) that can be part of the cluster but from the Item's card is not possible to see if it is part of a cluster. I think it is useful to have this info.as it si for certificates, domains, contracts...
allow to connect aggregated ports
Ethernet ports can be connected to a device, but aggregated ports are missing the "connect to" option. This would be helpful for complete overview over the network. I want to know which switch trunk is connected to which server trunk - not only which physical interfaces.
GLPI Agent field not used
When performing an inventory using the GLPI-Agent (version 1.8), the XML file sent to the GLPI server includes an <IMAGE>...</IMAGE>
tag for Docker containers. However, when I check the GLPI GUI, this information is not saved and does not appear.
Suggestion:
It would be great if there was a field on the User Interface to handle and display this information.
Make Location as Reservable Item
In some cenarios, it's necessary create a reserve for a place. Once a location is existent item on GLPI, maybe turn this item an reservable item is a good idea.
