It would be usefull to add task template in ticket template to prepare work for technicians
virtual machines
Virtual machines are recorded in the computer as an application, but the virtual machine is the same computer, there is no difference. We at Given their computers as a type of "virtual".
Suggestion: Think of how to reorganize communication computer and its virtual machines.

I would love something like this on either the login page or directly after login so users can see any services/applications that may be currently down thus reducing helpdesk tickets

Please make a option in the GLPI for easy integration with the plataforms like OCS Inventory. But in this Case it's for Example:

Expire passwords
Is interesting that the system assigns to your password policy an expiration time for it. Moreover, it should also have an option to force the user to change password at next login, which must be used when the user is created or your password is reset by an administrator.
