mailcollector error: Invalid header line for Content-Disposition
Hello all.
For a few days now, glpi no longer retrieves emails to create new tickets or to add follow-up.
When I connect in admin, and that I go to Configuration / collector then that I have the mail collected, I have a blank page.
When I do the same by enabling debugger mode, I have the following error:
"
Uncaught Exception Laminas\Mail\Header\Exception\InvalidArgumentException: Invalid header line for Content-Disposition string - incomplete continuation in /var/www/html/glpi/vendor/laminas/laminas-mail/src/Header/ContentDisposition.php at line 84
"
Has anyone ever had this error? can someone help me to solve it?
I have been in glpi 9.5.0 for several months, never had a problem until now.
Thank you for your feedback wink
Hanging a project task to an user
It'd be nice if while creating a task for a project, we could assign this task to a specific user.
So for example we create "Project A", in this project we create a task called "Call supervisor" which we assign to user X directly.

Add a button to not notify people on a follow-up add
Hello,
I am using the profile of my users to manage who sends what.
For instance, users in "Support" profile can use tasks and follow-ups, with :
- tasks being private (internal) communication
- follow-ups as public information.
But sometimes, users with "Support" profile need to send follow-ups only to customers but there is no added value internally to the post.
That's why I would have like something like this :
Or anything like "Customer only", as you'd like.
Automatic profile change (or any other action) by planning
Hello, I currently use for my users the notifications system, and it works fine.
Everyone in my organisation has a specific profile to get notifications for any follow-up or task done for a specific ticket.
But when my users are away, for holiday for instance, they always got follow-ups for every ticket, which is annoying.
So I made a specific profile, identical in all ways to their former profile, except that no notifications are sent to them while away, which alleviates the inboxes charge.
It works well, except that it is a manual operation and that if I forget to enable again the notifications, they do not get notified.
Also, if I forget to set the "mailless" profile, the inboxes explode.
So I would like a "holiday planning", to disable temporarily the e-mail notifications for my users while they are away, for a specific period of time.
I could then set the holidays for my team, and forget about it.
What do you think ?
Add more info when hovering the planned tasks in the planning
It would be really useful to have as much info as possible in the bubble popping when hovering tasks in the planning: Entity concerned, related ticket number and description, etc...
For now, we have to open the task from the planning and click to see object in context to know what the task is about.
Hide ticket from a technical user
Hello everyone. I would like to know if it is possible to configure a ticket so that when a specific user opens, a technician cannot see it. Example: I have the user rh3 (self-service), when he opens a ticket, I don't want the technician2 user (technician) to see that he opened that ticket.
