Problema al mover el arhivo

INGENIERO BASE DE DATOS il y a 8 ans mis à jour par glpi il y a 7 ans 2

intento subir un documento a una incidencia ya sea .doc, .xls , .txt pero me dice : "problemas al mover el archivo" . Necesito solucionar este problema que me esta volviendo loco. Gracias a todos

Notification on event processing and pending ticket

Currently there is a notification event for new ticket, solved ticket, close of ticket and reopen ticket but not processing ticket or pending ticket.


Can you please create new events for processing ticket and pending ticket.


These events would be useful when using the ticket (simple) template in a low notification environment.

Something which will make Kerberos + LDAP setup easy. Maybe a plugin for Kerberos setup.

I read a few articles on GLPI website about Kerberos where users failed to do so.

Split cost opportunity for GLPI plugins

Create a wall somewhere on the GLPI website and allow users to present the core/plugin upgrade and the cost related to it.


This can allow different companies to split the cost of a modification/plugin/plugin update between more peoples

Allow change Ticket status and info from Follow up form

Allow to change Ticket status from processing to pending when giving a follow up, this would save some clicks.

The actual flow consists in:
  1. Post Follow Up
  2. Go to Ticket Info
  3. Change Ticket Status

The proposed flow would be
  1. Post Follow Up with Updated Status.

Also other possible change would be to allow if the user has permission to assign other user to be responsible for the ticket at the same form, today even they are on the same page using the All button they still on different forms what does give the need to submit several requests when we could bypass some of them by putting this options on the same form.

I need to implement a customer survey satisfaction and I have thought to implement "SurveyTicket" plugin but , this plugin is available in v0.84 and I need it in v0.90 and I'd like to know if you can tell me about an alternative plugin with similar features or if exist already an new version.

View with tickets associated to change

To improve the change and release process it would be useful to have the possibility to add a column with tickets associated to change allowing to see in one shot which tickets are linked to the change and link to swith to the change

Of course the same column for tickets view with change associated

Block double entries

When you generate a Ticket by the API from another application the ticket it's generate 2, 3 even 4 times of the same event. Enable the posibility of the detect double, triple or more duplicated entries.
