Linked tickets in the list

If tickets are linked, display them in the list of ticket with the link ticket number or add a column with link ticket.

Ticket Testing validation

For developers technicians :
the process : user create request ticket, the technician create a task tech analysis and test and we need a validation from the requester to approve the solution, after the validation the developer creates a change linked to the ticket to apply the change.

We would like to add a rule : send an approval to the requester

search from textarea

It would be great to search from a textarea fill by computer name for exemple
Most of admin software (wsus, antivirus, security software) can export computer list to csv.
Just import computer column and search status / location / user / last update from glpi

some tags are missing in notifications :

##.....location.room##

##.....location.building##

##.....location.altitude##

##.....location.latitude##

##.....location.logitude##

[GLPI 0.90.1] Dots in Dropdowns

In the dropdowns the dots are at the beggining and you can't see the name, for example in the network outlet.


This would not be a problem if you could view the information of the network outlet on the " i " icon, but not shown (bug).

Ajout de capture d'écran dans la description du ticket

Permettre à l'utilisateur d'ajouter une capture d'écran dans la description, en faisant un copier/coller (comme sur Outlook). Sans devoir enregistrer la capture d'écran pour pouvoir l'ajouter au ticket.

Deleting items makes empty Reservation

When an Item is reserved it generates a link in the Database between some tables.

If i delete the Item that got reserved the Item is gone but all the reservations are still existing and cant be deleted because it then shows "the Item is not available". So i need to delete the reservation entriey by hand from my DB.


Do i do something wrong in my delete Prozess ?

Its not realy possible for me to first revoke all reservations because there are to many users i would need to check and just deleting the items gets this wierd "bug".

Link Item Name to Item-description in the Calender

If people reserved items in the Calender it would be nice to get direkt access from the Reservation to the Item it reserved to edit its Status from "in storage" to "reserved". At the moment i need to Look for the name in the Reservation and then search that name in the Specifik Inventory Category to edit it.
