Remote Desktop integrating Apache Guacamole
We use Apache Guacamole Remote Desktop to solve most of the tickets remotely, consider possible to perform an integration of GLPI with Guacamole Remote Desktop.
Glpi could integrate the Apache Guacamole Remote Desktop Web API to visualize the equipment, and insert a button in the standard interface in the details of the ticket to request the remote connection, which will open the browser to view the remote computer.

https://guacamole.apache.org/doc/gug/guacamole-common-js.html
In the administration page of glpi, we could insert the user / password and the necessary data for the management of Apache Guacamole Remote Desktop.
Apache Guacamole
Apache Guacamole is a clientless remote desktop gateway. It supports standard protocols like VNC, RDP, and SSH.
We call it clientless because no plugins or client software are required.
Thanks to HTML5, once Guacamole is installed on a server, all you need to access your desktops is a web browser.

Wiki plugin for documentation

Add Workflow engine
My Assets tab - visible at front page
It would be great if every user could see a list of all assets that are assigned to him/her.
List should cover all types of assets:
- computers;
- monitor;
- network device;
- phone;
- device;
- consumable;
- software/licenses.
This kind of list would be very helpful during inventory process where single user can verify what is currently assigned to him/her or what was assigned to him/her.
List shouldn't redirect to specific items (it shouldn't containt links to assets in the system) but just provide simple info about assigned assets.
Better UI : hide what i don't use
A great improvement would be to make a modular IU: you only see what you use, or what you want to see. With an "edit" option to hide or show each part.
New status to Tickets
My sugestion is new status to tickets.
Exemples: Waiting Feeback (Aguardando Feedback) and Waiting List (Lista de Espera).
Integrate Instant Messaging Server (Openfire - Spark)
Integrate GLPI with Openfire Instant Messaging Server and Spark client, both are Open Source projects:
Openfire is a real time collaboration (RTC) server licensed under the Open Source Apache License. It uses the only widely adopted open protocol for instant messaging, XMPP (also called Jabber). Openfire is incredibly easy to setup and administer, but offers rock-solid security and performance.

Spark is a Cross-platform real-time collaboration client optimized for business and organizations.
Support for Detailed Printer Page Counters by Paper Size (A4, A3, etc.)
I would like to request support for detailed printer page counters by paper size in GLPI. Currently, only counters like copyblack_a3 and copycolor_a3 are supported, but I need counters for other paper sizes (e.g., PRINT_A4, PRINT_A5, PRINT_FOLIO, etc.) for both printing and copying functions.
This feature was discussed in the GLPI Agent GitHub repository, where I provided snmpwalk data for a Kyocera TASKalfa 3011i printer, and it was confirmed that GLPI Agent can collect this data, but GLPI itself requires a significant update to support it. Here is the link to the discussion: https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi-agent/discussions/913 (note: the issue may have been moved to "Discussions" by the time you read this).
I believe this feature would be useful for many users who need detailed tracking of printer usage by paper size.
