I would prefer a post upgrade message to inform admins of new features. Like a post upgrade cheat sheet. Admins need to be made aware of what new features you may need to customize for your enviroment. Im not talking about a change log.

Yes we need this. Currently we use our own access database to handle this. We need intergration with glpi so we can see open tickets for the loaner. Most of our loans are because their computer is with us for hardware repairs.

Perhaps using the field Item (computer/monitor/devices/printers) > Management > Date of last physical inventory.

Thia is already a feature. Have a look in Administration > editities > assistance and option auto close solved ticket after x days.

If you get an email reply/follow up before the tickets closed then it will change from solved to processing

I'm fairly sure that using the Behaviors plugin enables a clone option in the profile.
