Duplicate profile
At the moment, create a new profile from an existing one is painful.

add tags to Helpdeks/Tickets
We need to tags tickets with same symptoms or with needed same action,...., or tag same tickets for certain time.
Examples.
1.Different users describe same problem different. I create tag and this tag add to all tickets with same problem. Technician/supervisor search or filter tickets with this tag and work with those ticket.
2.Or when we upgrade application and after upgrade all new tickets related to this upgrade we group by tag. After some time we can get statistic that this upgrade produce xx tikcets(incidents or requests).
3.We have 200+ opened tickets and with tags I can tag tickets to the groups or filter by tags.
Now I can only link tickets. Linking tickets is good only for some scenarios.
For some scenarios I can use Problems, Changes or in 0.85 Project, but they are needlessly complicated.
Tag is simple and easy multipurpose feature.

We have not planned to integrate it in GLPI core.

Integrate GLPI with Power Automate (Connector)
Microsoft power automate allows you to automate tasks, currently there is no connector that allows direct interaction between power automate and GLPI.
It is only possible to communicate both solutions through the GLPI API.
It would be great to have a native GLPI connector integrated into power automate.

Add MarkDown/Wiki/rich text support in notes
It would be great, if the notes which you can e.g. add to computers would support some kind of Wiki/MarkDown/Rich Text to allow to add structured text. We currently maintain extensive Wikipages for each server documenting the initial setup, changes, customizations ecc. of hardware and software. It would make sense to move this information into GLPI, however with text-only it is almost impossible to display longer text in a readable way. Having e.g. MarkDown support (including proper rendering of course :-) would enable the complete documentation workflow in GLPI

Associate Contracts to Tickets
I'd like to know if its possible to have a field on the Ticket body (even on the creation) that allows you to associate to a specific Contract from the Entity
The goal is to create and change the SLA of the ticket, based on the selected Contract.
Is this possible?

Separate computer and server in assets
I have a need that is to include servers and desktop in GLPI, but a profile dont have to access the server information.
Today in GLPI this configuration is in the same screen "computer". It will be cool if create a new tipe of asset called "servers" with the same configuration of computer.

A new feature : ability to disable all plugins at once. It should be useful when you have many plugins and you have to disable one by one when upgrading GLPI version.

Task color changes when it is done
It would be useful to change the color depends on the status of the task
information : orange
Done : green
To be done : yellow
