Ok, I agree,
but you need to define the complete use cases:
What kind of invitations to be sent? Meetings or Tasks, or both (and on which criterion)?
What GLPi will have to do when receiver accept the meeting/task?
What GLPi will have to do when receiver doesn't accept the meeting/task?
To whom could be / should be sent these meeting/task requests?
...
thank you,

Do you know that you can view the GLPi planning into outlook calendar?

Really a good idea!
Hello
As it is already the case, could you give a detailed example?
Thank you

Hello,
I'm preparing the release 2.6 that will be compatible with ProcessMaker server 3.0.1.8 (but only for GLPi 0.83), and the 3.0 release that will be compatible with GLPi 9.1
These releases should be out before end of year (probably in 1 or 2 months)

then you may use sub-categories for each ticket category: this is what we are doing.

Hello,
We would like to have the same behavior with Lync...
Automatic ticket opening (could be via a click on a button) when a phone call arrives at service-desk, with pre-filled fields like requester, and so on. And may be an attachement of the voice record (if requested by hotline agent)!
regards,
Tomolimo
